A beef flavoured biltong spice with top notes of coriander and black pepper that will water your mouth with its delicious taste.

You can use Hunters Biltong on your Beef or any type of Venison Meat and get the best results every time you make yourself a delicious biltong treat.

Use 40-50g Spice per 1kg of meat.
Use 40ml Brown Spirit Vinegar per 1kg Meat OR 1/2 Vinegar and 1/2 Worcester Sauce depending on own preference.
