Ibili - Bread Proofing Mould/Basket - Oval

The Ibili proofing moulds make it easier to handle the dough. They help maintain a more consistent form in hydrated doughs, to better help the fermentation process using the wicker spirals as guides, and to more comfortably manoeuvre and flip the dough onto the baking tray. It also gives a spiral appearance on the crust.

Flour before use. To clean, let the dough dry and brush gently.
