Dosage & directions for use:
Adults: two level teaspoons (6.4g) 1-2 times daily.
Children 6-12 years: 1 level teaspoon (3.2g) 1-2 times. Daily.
Children 1-6 years: to teaspoon daily.
Mix in tall glass of water or juice; consume immediately. Follow with more water. Best hour before or after a meal. Start with a low dose and build up as needed.
