Invader Zorb Socks, Booms and Pillows
Description:Invader Zorb premium petrochemical / hydrocarbon absorbent packaged in a hydrophobic polypropylene casing. Invader Zorb is an environmental spillage cleanup product produced from plant-based materials.
Application:Invader Zorb (socks, booms, pillows) are applied to the periphery of a spillage to contain and absorb said spillage. The (socks, booms, pillows) may also be used to remove spillages from water surfaces.
Features: The absorption potential of Invader Zorb is in the region of 0.95 : 1.00 volume per volume due to the absorbent properties that are created due to the combination of the products highly porous ultrastructure and surface properties which enhance its affinity for hydrophobic substances such as petrochemicals. The product does not leach.
Ingredients:Treated, hydrophobic, organic plant-based materials for use as an absorbent material to clean environmental spillages.
Safety:Inert dust may present a nuisance to the eyes and nose. Use goggles and a dust mask were felt to be necessary, keeping in mind the nature of the spillage being absorbed. Used product will take on the chemical characteristics of the spilled material being absorbed.
Storage: The product can be stored at room temperature for up to 24 months before use.
