Care instructions:
- dishwasher safe
- before cleaning ensure that the pan has completely cooled
- avoid using metal utensils and scourers to prevent damage to the interior coating
- always ensure that the size of the gas flame is properly controlled and does not flare up the side of the pan and overheat the handles
- never leave an empty pan or one that has boiled dry on a hot element or burner
