JC Le Roux - La Fleurette Sparkling Wine - 750ml

This sparkling wine is made of a blend of carefully selected white and red grape varietals. The grapes were harvested by hand at 21.5 degrees - 23.7 degrees balling and placed in small baskets to prevent bruising.

- A pink melange of sweet fruity flavours
- The colour was extracted from the skins during the first 24 hours in the cellar
- After fermentation for 7 days, the juice was kept cold and sweet until bottling, where the sparkle was created by injecting the wine with CO2
