J.C. Le Roux makes sparkling wine by fermenting wine in the bottle, the old French way. The bottle tops are frozen and bottles angled to allow sediment to sink to the bottom. Once bottles are uncapped, the frozen plus of sediment shoots out.
The lovely blush nectar rosé is a lively off-dry sparkling wine with aromas of berries, plum, and tropical fruit. Airy, off-dry sparkling wine has fragrances of berries, tropical fruit, and juicy plums. It has a lovely blush rose colour and a semi-sweet taste.
