Why is the run comfort shoe designed for jogging?
When you run, the shock wave generated at each impact with the ground is approximately 3 times your weight. This wave propagates from the heel to the top of the spine. The joints act as shock absorbers but they are put to the test. It is to protect you from these shocks and impacts that we have designed the RUN CONFORT DECATHLON running shoe.
What guarantees the cushioning of the run comfort jogging shoe?
The cushioning of the DECATHLON RUN CONFORT running shoe is provided by a sole made of an exclusive, flexible and soft EVA (Ethylene vinyl acetate) foam that we have named KALENSOLE and the "Circular System" concept: an air hole in the foam at the heel which allows for more efficient and homogeneous dispersion of the shock wave at this location.
Why is it important have good support?
When you jog, your foot needs to be supported for several reasons: to avoid friction, irritation and blisters.
How to choose the right size for my running shoe?
To ensure optimal comfort with the RUN CONFORT, choose a size larger than usual, there must be 1cm between your toe and the end of the shoe because your foot swells during exercise.
What is the drop of the run comfort running shoes?
The "drop" is the difference in height between the back (heel) and the front (forefoot) of the shoe.
The sole height differential between the front and the back is 10 mm.
