The KB814 is a single-channel AC input optocoupler designed for isolation and signal transfer between circuits of differing voltage potentials. It integrates two GaAs infrared emitting diodes and an NPN silicon phototransistor within a compact 4-pin dual-in-line (DIP) package.
With an isolation voltage of 5000 Vrms and collector-emitter voltage (VCEO) of 35 V, the KB814 provides high reliability in industrial and control applications requiring AC signal detection and galvanic isolation.
