The KEDLEY ICE BAG is suitable to use on most body parts. Using cold therapy helps to reduce swelling and can relieve aches and pains.
Just unscrew the lid counterclockwise and fill the bag with approximately 2 cups of ice cubes. The bag should be about full. Screw the lid back on clockwise. Position the ice pack on the affected area to relieve aches and pains. Apply the ice pack in 5-20 minutes intervals or until symptoms are relieved.
Rinse after each use and store in a dry, cool place away from direct heat and sunlight.
