The KWC M40 4.5mm air pistol is a fixed slide model, the slide is made of polymer as well as the outer barrel. The KWC M40 is a fixed slide polymer weapon that runs on Co2 capsules, made almost entirely from polymer with a metal magazine.
It is very accurate and consistent, the double-action-only trigger makes every trigger pull the same as the last. Although there is manual safety, the nature of the trigger pull means that you can holster it with the safety disengaged and still have a low chance of accidental discharge. Because this is a fixed slide pistol, there is no wastage on the gas.
