The water dispenser has been modified to a screw-tightening mechanism. This redesign prevents the ejector pins from being subjected to excessive external force, thereby eliminating the risk of component failure due to stress. The injection moulding production line requires modification, with appropriate process parameters established and strictly adhered to, to ensure the strength of the produced ejector pins. Quality Control must conduct random strength tests on the ejector pins according to inspection requirements, ensuring their torque strength exceeds 50N.
