Traditionally used to relieve coughs, colds, fever and eases nasal congestion. This tea may also be used as a steaming method to open up your nasal passage and airways. Place tea in a bowl/basin of hot water, use a towel over your head to cover yourself
and the basin/bowl, breathing in the aroma’s from the tea.
Serving Suggestion:
Teg bag: Use one teabag per cup. Add freshly boiled water, allow to brew for 3 minutes. You may add honey for sweetening.
