Chest: Measure under your arms at the fullest part of your chest. Be sure to go over your shoulder blades
Shirt Hem: Measure across the garment hem, side seam to side seam.
Overarm Sleeve Length: Measure from sleeve head to sleeve cuff hem.
Trouser Waist: Measure around the narrowest part of your waistline with one forefinger between your body and the measuring tape
Trouser Hip: Stand with your feet together and measure around the fullest part of your hips
Inside Trouser Length: Measure from the top of the inside leg, down to the hem.
