Lyman "Quick Slick" Case Lube is a premium, fast-acting lubricant designed for use on cartridge cases prior to resizing. It eliminates messy lube pads and greasy fingers which lead to contaminated primers.
Directions for use:
Shake can before using. Periodically shake can for best results.
- Disassemble sizing die and thoroughly clean inside the die with a solvent degreaser. Other lubricants form a protective barrier and can limit effectiveness.
- Spray a light coat of Quick Slick inside the die and allow to dry. Reassemble sizing die.
- Clean and inspect cartridge cases.
- Place cartridge cases in a loading block or lay out in a single layer on a clean tray such as a cookie sheet or shallow cardboard box.
- Spray lightly, roll cases over and spray lightly again. When using a loading block, spray one side of cases, reverse block and repeat on other side. Wait about 30 seconds. Cases are then ready to be resized.
- After resizing, remove lubricant from cases. This can be done in a Lyman Turbo Tumbler or Turbo Sonic Ultrasonic cleaner, or by wiping the cases with a cloth.
