The Master Lock No. 6835 is a powder coated padlock which features an aluminum body and a 6mm boron shackle for excellent cut resistance. Ideal for corrosive and tough environments, the baked on powder-coated finish, high visibility color stays bright and a 5-pin tumbler cylinder provides high security.
The Master Lock 6835 series of padlocks have been discontinued from production and are supplied while stocks last. The replacement padlock is the American Lock 1100 series. The only difference is that the Master Lock 6835 has a powder coating finish, whereas the American Lock has an Anodized finish which gives it a more metallic appearance. Furthermore, the American Lock 1100 series is available in wider range of finishes that the Master Lock 6835.
Despite the Master Lock 6835 series being discontinued, users can still order locks from the American Lock 1100 series keyed alike to their current 6835 series padlocks. In addition, replacement keys can still be ordered despite the padlocks no longer being produced. Supplied Keyed Alike with 2 keys. Keyed Alike refers to a set of locks that open with the same key.
