Product Overview
The MAX7320ATE+ is an I2C port expander with eight push-pull outputs in 16 pin TQFN package. It is a 2 wire serial-interfaced peripheral features eight push-pull outputs with selectable power-up logic states. The +5.5V tolerant reset input clears the serial interface, terminating any I2C communication to or from the MAX7320.
Supply voltage range is 1.71V to 5.5V
Operating temperature range from -40°C to 125°C
400KHz I2C serial interface 5.5V tolerant
Sink current is 100mA and source current is 50mA from all eight combined outputs
Low standby current is 0.6µA (typ)
