Expanding from the Byzance Extra Dry line, Byzance Dual cymbals have quickly risen in popularity and have become instantly recognizable for their stunning look and sound. To start, the centre is raw, bearing hand hammered markings, while the edge is lathed and buffed to a brilliant finish. The sound is just like the look - trashy, earthy and low at first, ending with a flash of explosive shimmer. The underside of all splashes, crashes, trash crashes, hihats and chinas are fully lathed for a flexible feel and smooth finish, while the underside of the crash-rides mirror the same finish as the top for added clarity. These cymbals are made in Turkey from cast B20 bronze and are hand hammered into shape by skilled Turkish cymbal smiths.
