The Hogwarts Express is the train that runs between King's Cross Station and Hogsmeade Station in J. K. Rowling's Harry Potter series. It makes this run at least six times a year. The Express carries students to and from Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry at the start and end of every term. Originally steam fitted by the Muggles (non-magic people) who built it, the Hogwarts Express now runs exclusively on magic.

The Hogwarts Express Premium Series metal modeling kit includes 3.25 metal sheets containing components of the engine. Parts can be removed from the metal sheet by hand, however, a pair of wire cutters is recommended. In assembling the 3D model, tweezers make an ideal tool for bending and twisting connection tabs.
