8 Bit MCU, Flash, PIC16 Family PIC16F6XX Series Microcontrollers, 20 MHz, 7 KB, 14 Pins, SOIC
Product Overview
The PIC16F688-I/SL is a 8-bit Flash-based CMOS Microcontroller with nanoWatt technology. The low pin-count (14) PIC® Flash microcontroller offers all of the advantages of the well recognized mid-range x14 architecture with standardized features including a wide operating voltage of 2.0 to 5.5V and on-board EEPROM data memory. Standard analogue peripherals include up to 8 channels of 10-bit A/D, an analogue comparator module with programmable on-chip voltage reference and an enhanced USART (EUSART) peripheral that supports communications protocols such as RS232/485 as well as the LIN protocol.
MPLAB® ICD 2 programming support or debugging support with optional header adapter
Software selectable BOR
Power-saving sleep mode
Power-on reset (POR)
Power-up timer (PWRT) and oscillator start-up timer (OST)
Enhanced low-current watchdog timer (WDT) with on-chip oscillator
Multiplexed master clear with weak pull-up or input only pin
Programmable code protection
-40 to +85°C Temperature range (industrial)
