This pre-assembled Microjet comes with a blue base. The bases are colour coded to indicate the orifice size. The blue base is the most widely used base and has an orifice of 1.0mm diameter discharging on average 40 litres per hour at a 1.5 bar pressure.
The black cap on this pre-assembled Microjet has a strip spray pattern (2 x 20°). The caps are colour coded for their spray patterns. They are also available in red (full circle – 360°), blue (half circle -180°), and green (quarter circle – 90°).
All bases and caps are 100% interchangeable. The cap simply clips on to the base to form a complete Microjet. The Microjet base is threaded (2BA thread) with a cutaway section for easy insertion into the pipe. It can be screwed directly into polypipe or into a 4mm Rigid Riser tube or a Microjet Stake assembly.
