Mionetto Prosecco is a sparkling wine from the North of Italy. Proseccos are lively, fruity white wines that come from a protected area called the Prosecco DOC (which is quite close to Venice). Mionetto grapes are known for their uniquely floral, fruity notes.
An Extra Dry Millesimato sparkling wine which is obtained by Glera and Pinot Noir grapes vinificated in red with several days in contact with the skins. This gives to the Cuvée its evocative pink peach blossom color. The wine then receives its secondary fermentation following the Charmat method, aging on yeasts in autoclaves for 60 days to enhance its secondary aromas.
