We choose to leave out foam enhancing chemicals because they add nothing to the cleaning power of the soap, but cause eutrophication in dams and rivers which is devastating for wildlife. Everything else in this bottle is non-toxic and degrades within 28 days. Even the colourant and fragrance are hypo-allergenic and natural so that you can rest assured you are doing no harm.
