Pu-Erh Pearls begin as the finest Pu-Erh leaves, handpicked from ancient Yunnan tea trees. These tender leaves are steamed, gently rolled into tight spheres, and then pressed into pearls. Each pearl undergoes a secondary fermentation and aging in humid mountain cellars for three to five years, allowing the flavours and aromas to deepen naturally over time.

When brewed, the pearls unfurl slowly, releasing a warm, earthy fragrance that fills the room. The liquor pours a clear, deep mahogany, inviting the first sip of smooth complexity. Notes of rich forest floor, mellow dried fruit and a subtle hint of leather unfold in layers, offering both comfort and intrigue.

This tea is perfect for those who appreciate ritual and patience. Multiple infusions reveal evolving character-early steeps bring bold earthiness, while later brews unveil gentle sweetness and a soft finishing warmth. Each cup becomes a moment of calm reflection, connecting you to centuries of Pu-Erh tradition.

Serving suggestion:

We recommend brewing Pu-Erh tea with water at around 100 degrees Celsius. Steep the tea for approximately 3 minutes, then taste to see if the strength suits your preference. If you desire a stronger brew, you may steep it for another minute or two. Use a teapot with an infuser for best results. If a teapot is not available, an infuser ball, infuser cup, or a fine mesh strainer will also work well. For each serving, place 1 ball of Pu-Erh pearl into the teapot. This tea may be steeped a second time; simply extend the brewing time to draw out the remaining flavour.
