This charming blend of Sencha green tea with strawberry and lemon captures the brightness of a sunlit afternoon in a teacup. The strawberry adds a juicy, gentle sweetness, while the lemon offers a citrus lift that balances the green tea's natural grassy freshness. Together, they dance smoothly on the palate with a clean, vibrant finish.
Its lively yet soft profile makes it an excellent choice for those who enjoy fruit flavoured green teas that do not overpower the base leaf. The green tea remains present and grounding, while the fruit notes lend it a cheerful, accessible personality.
Ideal for casual teatime moments or a light afternoon refreshment, this tea pairs beautifully with delicate desserts, sponge cakes, or buttery pastries. While it can be served warm, it truly shines when chilled, offering a crisp and revitalising experience.
Serving suggestion:
We recommend brewing green tea with water at around 75 degrees Celsius. Steep the tea for approximately 2 minutes, then taste to see if the strength suits your preference. If you desire a stronger brew, you may steep it for another minute or two. Use a teapot with an infuser for best results. If a teapot is not available, an infuser ball, infuser cup, or a fine mesh strainer will also work well. For each serving, use about 3 to 4 grams of loose leaf tea, or roughly one teaspoon. This tea may be steeped a second time; simply extend the brewing time to draw out the remaining flavour.
