How to Use

Microwave method:

1. Place your menstrual cup in the sterilising cup and fill with clean water to cover it.
2. Rest the lid loosely on top (do not seal airtight).
3. Microwave for 3-5 minutes until water boils.
4. Allow to cool, pour out water, air-dry the cup and store.

Boiling-water method (no microwave):

1. Place your menstrual cup inside and pour in freshly boiled water to cover it.
2. Close the lid loosely and leave for 5 minutes.
3. Cool, empty, and air-dry.

Care & Safety

• Wash with mild, fragrance-free soap and water before first use and after each use.
• Do not seal the lid tightly during heating-steam must escape.
