Directions:
1.Place about 1 tablespoon of oil in your mouth & gently swish, pushing the oil between your teeth & around your mouth for 2 to 3 minutes.
2.For better results, gradually increase the time period up to 15 minutes or as long as it is comfortable.
3.Spit the contents out when done. Discard the oil into trash to avoid clogging pipes.
4.Oil pulling should be practiced either first thing in the morning or last thing before bed.
5. If the contents of the bottle have hardened, dunk the unopened bottle in warm water to soften it up.
6. Natural Turmeric is naturally staining. ALWAYS brush your teeth and spit into the basin followed by running water to avoid staining of the wash basin
