It includes interchangeable multi-cooking surface grill, which can be switched to other Outback MCS surfaces (sold separate) such as pizza stone, griddle, wok, paella dish, steak grate etc, for extra versatility in your cooking experience. It comes with a charcoal basket as an option to cook with Briquettes, offering guests that authentic charcoal taste, with easier charcoal lighting using gas.
