If your wirquin jollyfill or topy inlet valve will not shut off properly , it would be very well the diaphragm washer inside the valve and needs to be replaced. Over time as the valve continuously opens and closes ,small tears can start to form and the washer will nolonger give a good seal hence it needs to be replaced.NEVER make the mistake of purchasing a whole replacement valve at first sign of an issue , try replacing the washer first and if the issue persists only then should you buy a whole new replacement valve.
