Our mixes are extra gelatinous and no ice will stay behind like with slush puppy machines at the cinema. Galantine is an expensive ingredient and we add a generous portion compared to other companies which give our slush mix a smooth and easy-to-drink texture.
Our dry powder slushy mixes have a 6-month shelf life, we use citric acid as a preservative which is a natural preservative found in all fruits. Because citric acid is found in fruits it also boosts that fruity flavour bite in tropical drinks and cocktails we all know and love.
Instructions:
Empty 1.5kg Slush Mix into 10 liters of water.
Mix until thoroughly dissolved.
