Potato Chipper the Kitchen Good Helper

Simple and easy cutting owing to the large base and long lever arm.
To change the blade, open the potato-chipper fully, remove the blade and fit the new blade. Then withdraw the ejector and insert a new ejector to match the colour of the blade. When placed on end, it occupies little cupboard space.
