Sleep Steam
Pure Afro Sleep Steam is made with these indigenous Southern African essential oils with sedative qualities to induce sleep - Cape Chamomile (Eriochephalus Punctulatus) & Cape Snowbush (Eriochephalus Africanus) essential oils in an emulsifier.

Directions for Use:
Add a few drops to a humidifier or to a bowl with boiling water and inhale (for best results cover your head with a towel).
