JOOCE pure inositol powder promotes menstrual regularity and normal ovarian function. It contains unflavoured, 100% pure inositol powder and it is designed to be mixed with water or any other cold beverage. Each serving (+-4g scoop) contains approx. 4000 mg of Myo-inositol and 100 mg of D-chiro-inositol, in the body’s normal ratio of 40 to 1.

Dosages:
- 1 scoop in the evening if taken with JOOCE Hormone Balancing Powder

- NB* Dosages of JOOCE Pure Inositol Powder may also be split in half scoops, one in the morning and one at night depending on the severity of insulin resistance
