These are gel nail polishes which needs to be cured under UV LED nail lamp.
Apply a thin layer of base coat and cure under uv nail lamp for 60-120 seconds.
It's normal for a base coat and color gel to remain a little sticky after curing and do not wipe it.....It will have better adhesion between nails and gel layers. No worry about that. The top coat will seal it.
