The red light therapy belt comes with a wired controller. All the following operations can be done through it:
- switch on/off/10 hz flicker (a working mode to balance energy);
- switch working mode from all(660nm and 850nm both on)/660nm/850nm(human eyes can not see it but you can feel it s working; you can try to check it through your phone camera);
- switch intensity level from level 0 to level 4;
- choose timer from 5/10/15/20/25/30 minutes. Please take no more than30 minutes for one session.
