Q: I haven't used the power bank for a long time. Why won't it charge or turn on?

A: The battery may have gone into sleep mode after long storage.

• For storage, we recommend keeping it at 50%-70% charge to avoid battery damage.
• To wake it up, please use a 5V/1A low-power charger and slow charge for 30 minutes to 2 hours, then try charging/using again.
