Product Overview
The BD6230F-E2 is a H-bridge Driver in supply voltage of 36V and output current 0.5A to meet the needs of a variety of applications. It contains a VREF variable function that contributes to lower power consumption and greater efficiency. In addition multiple built-in protection circuits protect the IC and load from damage while ensuring a high degree of reliability. This highly efficient H-bridge driver IC facilitates low-power consumption design.
