Using only the best 100% Arabica beans that have been washed, the traditional Venetian methods involve slowly and gently roasting the beans. This ensures that the bitter acidity of the beans is extracted, which leaves behind a fine acidity structure - a component that's crucial to creating the perfect coffee taste.
