Sheba Menstrual Cup Cleaning Instructions
Before first use
- Sterilise your cup in boiling water for 3-5 minutes.
- Let it cool completely before inserting.
During your cycle
- Wash your hands before removing the cup.
- Empty contents and rinse with clean water.
- Wash with mild, fragrance-free soap if available.
- Reinsert or store in a clean, breathable pouch.
After your cycle
- Sterilise again by boiling for 3-5 minutes.
- Allow to dry fully before storing.
- Store in the cotton pouch provided, never in an airtight container.
Quick care tips
- Avoid harsh soaps, bleach, or antibacterial cleaners.
- Check the air holes are clear after washing.
- Replace your cup every few years or if damaged. Reusable menstrual cups are durable and can last up to 10 years with proper care.
