Precautions Before Use
1. Verify that the sensor pack and applicator are within their expiration
dates;
2. The operating system requirements for the SIBIONICS app are Android
version 8.0 and above or iOS version 13.6 and above;
3. Avoid applying the sensor on areas with moles, scars, stretch marks,
lumps, or insulin injection sites.
Precautions During Use
1. Remove the CGM sensor before undergoing MRI;
2. Regular bathing, showering, and swimming are allowed, but the
immersion time should not exceed 1 hour to avoid the sensor coming off; x
3. Avoid strenuous exercise, but mid-intensity activities like jogging are
allowed;
4. Avoid forcefully hitting, or pressing the sensor;
5. It is recommended not to expose the sensor to high-temperature
environments such as saunas during the wearing period. The product
operating temperature ranges from 5 to 40 C. If the sensor is exposed to
temperatures beyond this range, the accuracy of the CGM data may be
affected;
Attention: The sensor boasts a waterproof rating of IP28, meaning it can withstand
immersion in water up to 1 meter deep for up to 1 hour.
Precautions After Use
1. After removing the sensor, disinfect the sensor application site with
alcohol.
2. To prevent skin irritation, change the application site when applying a
new sensor.
