Directions and Dosage:

Yield: Every 20g dried sea moss yields +-300g / 300ml of gel

Step 1: Rinse thoroughly.

Step 2: Soak overnight (or upto 3 days in the fridge). Cover with cold, filtered water). Add a dash of vinegar and refrigerate (to preserve natural color).

Step 3: (Note: You do not need to drain and discard water, the water used for soaking is nutrient dense, however, if you prefer a milder taste, drain and use fresh water).
