Feeding Guide
Introduce gradually over 2-3 weeks.
For a fully grown 500 kg horse, use the following as a general guide:
- cup (125 ml) per day: Coat shine and nutritional supplementation
- 1 cup (250 ml) per day: Coat shine, nutritional supplementation and additional energy for horses in light to moderate training
- 2 cups (500 ml) per day: Nutritional supplementation and additional energy for horses in moderate to heavy training, pregnancy or lactation
Actual requirements vary according to the horse's size, age, condition, diet, grazing quality, exercise level and whether the horse is pregnant or lactating. Always provide access to clean water and a salt lick.
