Yield and Mixing Ratio
- 1.5kg powder + 3.5L water
- Produces 5kg ready-to-use soft serve mix
Directions for Use
- Gradually whisk contents of one 1.5kg bag into 3.5 litres of water.
- Mix until completely dispersed and smooth.
- Refrigerate for 20 minutes.
- Shake or whisk vigorously again before use.
- Pour into soft serve machine and freeze as per machine instructions.
Prepared liquid mix must be used within 48 hours and kept refrigerated.
