Directions for Use
Take 1 scoop (12g) with 200ml-250ml of water once daily.
Add 1 serving to water and stir until fully dissolved.
You may also add the serving to any yoghurt smoothie, milkshake, protein shake, cereal or other food you may prefer. Sontal Collagen c-MSM has a subtle orange flavour and will alter the taste of the food or drink.
