Description:
Purpose
- If you have more HDMI source devices than your TV, monitor or projector has input ports then this device will effectively add 4 more ports of which 1 port will be 4K. You can connect any number of HDMI input devices from 1 to 5. If you have 3 then you will be left with 2 spare inputs for future use.
- Note: Input No.1(MHL) is only for a 4K device.
Remote Control
- The unit has both manual and remote input selectors. The benefit of the remote control is that the switch itself and all the HDMI cables connected to it can be hidden from view. Only the IR RX eye need to have LOS (line of sight) with the remote control itself. Note: The IR remote is powered by a lithium button battery (CR2025) which is NOT included.
