TNT Mercury Carb Fuel is a high-glycaemic carbohydrate powder formulated to provide athletes with a rapidly available source of carbohydrate before, during and after exercise.
The primary carbohydrate source is maltodextrin, a starch-derived polysaccharide with a high glycaemic index. Its properties make it particularly suitable for sports nutrition applications where athletes require convenient carbohydrate fuel around demanding training sessions.
During intense exercise, the body relies heavily on muscle glycogen for fuel. Ensuring adequate carbohydrate availability before and during training, followed by carbohydrate replenishment after exercise, forms an important part of a structured sports nutrition strategy.
