Solid Sterling Silver brooch that has both a brooch stick pin with secure latch closure mechanism, and a bale at the top, giving you the option of wearing the jewellery piece on a chain as a necklace. The brooch measures 3 cm x 3 cm (30 x 30 mm). It features a natural 11 mm pearl with beautiful iridescence. This has been bezel set into the centre of the brooch with a polished sterling silver frame. The flippers, feet and head of the Turtle design, are sterling silver with a yellow gold gild finish. The jeweller has used earth-mined Myanmar rubies for the eyes, and set a few subtle cubic zirconia into the fins. It weighs 7,6 grams. The bale (for the option of wearing with a chain), measures 7 mm long with a 3,5 mm gap to accommodate a chain.
