How to Use:
1. Seating Belt Reminder System
A system that reminds the occupants of a vehicle when they are not wearing their seating belts.
2. Vehicle Seating Belt Reminder Device Passenger Detection System
A system installed in the seating of a motor vehicle, consisting of a sensing device, a wiring harness and a connection device, for determining the occupancy of a seating.
3. Monitor Devise
A test device that captures the signal from the sensor device and reflects the occupancy status of the occupant or the non occupancy of the object detected by the sensor device in the form of sound or light. For example, the occupancy indicator lights up, otherwise the indicator goes out.
4. Detection Function
The detection function indicates the occupancy status of the seating when the occupant is detected by the sensing device.
5. Undetection Function
When the sensing device detects that the seating is not occupied by an occupant, the detection device indicates that the object is not occupied.
Working Principle
The detection system consists of an electronic control unit (ECU), a seating belt reminder (SBR) and a seating belt buckle, which detects occupancy and non occupancy of the seating and decides whether to switch on the light or an audible warning to remind the occupants to fasten their seating belts.
