How To Use:
- General detoxification: Add 200 to 400grams of the salt to a hot water bath and sit in it for half an hour.
- Full moon bath: The body is at the peak of its healing cycle on the day of the full moon. Take a bath as described above and your body will absorb all the essential nutrients from the salt.
- New moon bath: New moon is also a good time for detox. Prepare a bath by adding one kg of the salt to a hot water bath and sit in it. Rest for 30 minutes and then rinse your body. Do not use moisturizers or oils after the bath.
