Troubleshooting Tips

Watch not switching on:

• Make sure the watch is placed correctly on the wireless charger and shows a charging icon.
• Clean the charging pad and the back of the watch for proper contact.
• Charge for at least 30-60 minutes, then hold the Side Control Button to power on.

Inaccurate step counting:

• Wear the watch snugly on your wrist so the sensors can read movement correctly.
• Sync with the Volkano Active App regularly to refresh sensor calibration.
• Avoid wearing the watch too loosely as normal arm swings may be counted as steps.

Heart rate or SPO2 not measuring:

• Ensure the watch sits firmly and flat against your skin.
• Clean the optical sensors underneath the watch.
• Keep your arm still while measuring for best accuracy.

Notifications not appearing:

• Pair the watch via the Volkano Active App (not directly through phone Bluetooth).
• Enable Notifications, Bluetooth, and Background Activity permissions for the app.
• Ensure messages appear in your phone's notification bar.

Loose or lifted watch face:

• Discontinue use immediately.
